Private Meditation Coaching Session
We will begin your Meditation Coaching Session by discussing your desires and goals, so that we can determine what will best support your success in creating a meditation practice that suits your unique needs. After that, we will meditate together for a portion of the session to give you a “hands-on” experience of techniques that you can incorporate into your personal practice, and then we will complete the session by setting up a practice schedule that works for you.
Single Meditation Coaching Session
This type of session is for someone who is interested in learning a few basics of meditation and is curious about what a regular practice would look like. I recommend single sessions for anyone who has had a practice and is interested in a refresher class or would like to expand and deepen their practice.

Meditation Coaching Sessions
Create the Space to Breathe
This package includes four weekly sessions over the course of a month and is designed to support you in setting up a daily meditation practice. You will learn a variety of meditation styles, including breath awareness meditation, mantra-based meditation, body scan and relaxation, and walking meditation, among others. This package is perfect for anyone who is committed to building a consistent practice and would like personalized support and guidance through any challenges or blocks they might encounter along the way.
4 Meditation Sessions: $500 ($125 Each)

About Meditation
When I first began studying and practicing meditation, my goals were to develop a stronger connection to my inner world and emotions and to learn to speak from my heart. At the time, these felt like very lofty aspirations as I often struggled to articulate what I was feeling and had a huge fear of speaking in groups. Through working with my wonderful teacher, Sarah McLean, I learned not only how to create a consistent meditation practice, but also how to connect with and honor my internal experience and emotions, so that I could speak from a place of compassionate authenticity.
After my first in-person weekend retreat, I felt more myself and more joyful than I had since I was a teenager, and at that moment, I knew that I wanted to share the gift of meditation with others as a Meditation Teacher and Coach.
The private coaching I offer is an especially wonderful format for anyone who prefers one-on-one instruction over group learning or would simply like individualized support on their journey to cultivate their own meditation practice. My number one priority is creating a safe space where you feel comfortable to ask questions, explore, and find the techniques that will work best for you!
While I am honored to be able to offer guidance to anyone who wants to learn how to meditate, ultimately, the benefits you will receive from our work together will depend on your willingness to show up for your practice.
